Ms. Guzmán is a Historic Preservation Specialist/Architectural technician at Aeon Preservation Services. Zasha long term interest in historic preservation began in Puerto Rico. Advanced training in conservation and assessment took her to Gemini, Italy & Valladolid, Spain to pursue coursework and certificates. Finalizing her master’s degree in Historic Preservation at the University of Maryland. Her interests are in innovative adaptive reuse of historic buildings and emerging survey techniques.
